How did Sam Hallam even get his job to coach Team Sweden? I looked at his player record and it was totally trash even in European hockey, and obviously he was never drafted by any NHL team nor ever played one NHL game. And after that he never once coached a AHL team, nevermind NHL. How does bro understand anything about the game at the NHL level? And here we are talking about some of the best NHL players vs other best NHL players. Surely they can get guys like Matt Sundin or Peter Forsberg or even Marcus Naslund to coach? Heck, just grab any Swedish retired ex NHL player to coach and they would understand the game better than Sam Hallam!
