It depends who you are trading for! ..Aitcheson is a no-trade right now. ..BUT, my evaluations have Ritchie going before either of those choices – if the NHL hasn't already seen he is a stretch to be decent 3rd liner (probably take a few more years to get there). And forget about points for a moment – does he hit? Is he a force? Is he a back/forechecking machine? Does he dominate the faceoff circle? Does he block shot? Is he a reliable PP guy? Kill PP's?…he doesn't do any one thing particularly (well) – so if you aint getting points, what are you doing?
we can't give up our youth for just anyone, they would have to be special. I am happy where we are at right now and nobody thought we would be contending as much as we are right now with all our injuries.

How about this: you dont trade anybody. I think that we can definitely make an impact in the playoffs if we leave the lineup as it is right now.

both those players are overrated, ship them out
NONE STAY THE COURSE!
Their window is not this year. It's 2-3 years from now. You do not trade young prospects or firsts. Not yet anyway.
