The Seattle Seahawks just blocked the Las Vegas Raiders from interviewing Justin Outten for run game coordinator — and that’s only the beginning. Klint Kubiak is building his staff fast, and he’s going straight back to his Super Bowl-winning system in Seattle to do it. Jeff Howard, the Seahawks safeties coach who worked with Kubiak in both Minnesota and Seattle, is now being interviewed for the Raiders defensive coordinator job. Meanwhile, Frisman Jackson is in the mix for offensive coordinator. Kubiak isn’t wasting a single day.
But the roster questions are just as urgent. Adam Schefter says this could be the biggest trade offseason in years — and the Raiders have five players who could realistically be moved before training camp. We’re talking Adam Butler, Isaiah Pola-Malu, Tyree Wilson, Gino Smith, and the name nobody wants to say out loud — Maxx Crosby. With 20 teams reportedly showing interest in Crosby and $91 million in cap space on the table, Las Vegas is at a crossroads.
New era. New coach. New decisions that will define the next five years of Raiders football. Drop your thoughts in the comments — who gets traded first?

Good. Raiders should have had to give up their first-round pick to Seattle for Kubiak
Shut down on that one, Kube.
