My Take:
1. Skinner, Reaves and Dellandrea- gone
2. Kurashev resigned if he has a decent finish
3. Sherwood gets flipped at the trade deadline if they can't resign him
4. Ostapchuk, Regenda and Graf resigned
5. Klingberg and Ferraro both get traded for picks
6. Muk and Desharnais both get resigned
7. Liljegren lost to FA
8. Call ups this year: Pohlkamp, Chernyshov, Cagnoni, Allen,
Bring back Regenda on 2-3 yr deal. Dellandrea didn't step up enough in the 3C role to merit keeping him, even if he showed he belongs in the NHL. As you point out, its an awkward fit for Dellandrea. I could see keeping Kurashev.
I think Grier keeps Reaves for 1 more season. Keep coming back to the silver stick for 1,000 career games. Reaves wants it, he's at 958 now. Another 20 games this season and maybe he gets to 1k and retires. Been good for the room and I think that karma would be appreciated. If he goes, then maybe Dellandrea stays?
Sherwood is the right guy at the wrong time for San Jose. Especially if he wants a longer term deal. Grier can recover — and maybe even turn of profit on a trade. I'd rather give Graf the deal they suggest for Sherwood.
Don't do that Mario deal. He's just good enough, even though he's having his best season. Did I miss the $$ they had for Ned signing?
I think we never should have traded for Sherwood i feel like Hes gonna walk in free agency
