These light sticks are for people who get them for free I've learned over 30 years of playing we also played w 90+ flex some big defensive boys used 110+ the industry selling you guys flexy twigs that weigh nothing like it gonna help ….how to find your flex put your entire body weight on the twig under flex it shouldn't crack or make any noise …
