  1. Not too much back to Rangers but Bread is lazy and there’s plenty of lazy Russians in the NHL…

  2. "Changed the course of the franchise"…. really?
Wtf did he do other than score and then quit last year?
Did we win the cup with this monumental player?

Boyle…dont quit your night job !

Tell us something we dont already know!
Unless you have a unique point of view or better some inside scoops, then just go play golf bro….

  3. If memory serves…. weren't we told Panarin was demanding a LONG TERM contract?
But the contract with the Kings is only 2 years …did his demand change? Were fans actively misled? Some other explanation?
As far as NYR having "patience"? Yeah, this is the group that just had to trade Soucy to the NYI right before2 games against us…couldn't have waited 3 more days to get snookered on that one?

  4. Nice sugar coat of drurys crazy ass moves-dolan only spends on his knicks, drury got paid and licks dolans boots daily-sad

  5. NYR fan since 66-67 season, last one played entirely at the old MSG. I've never watched a GM dismantle a playoff worthy roster this quickly. Drury is clearly out of his depth and must be replaced. Hopefully, he'll be replaced during the upcoming break. Retaining Drury means more terrible roster moves. Additionally, if Greenwood ever scored a goal for the NYR, I'll eat my hat.

  6. After nearly 60 years loving this team, Drury has me almost wanting to find another team to root for. He is the absolute worst GM I've seen in any sport. How is it at all possible to back yourself into a corner being in the largest sports market on the planet?
Living 10 minutes from the Florida Panthers I should probably jump on their wagon. But, they're one season away from being as pathetic as they've been for most of their existence.

  7. Drury needs to be fired, period. That’s not just based off of this trade, this is time and time again, never anything in return of substantial value. Let’s players walk away for nothing with tons of value left on the table. He can’t, nor will he, fix this team! Dolan needs to move on and find someone competent.

  8. Greentree's speed appears to be mostly non-existent, unless he gets 150 feet to gear up. He is a big body, but appears to be top heavy and not very strong on his skates. However, he has an amazing shot and will shoot (and score) from anywhere. He has very good puck handling skills, soft hands and accuracy on passes and a goal scorers mentality. He looks to be at least two years away from a solid look at the NHL level. The Rangers did Bread a Good and got what they could. I'm not upset over this trade.

  9. Where's Mollie? As for the Rangers; they are too soft, too slow and there is a lack of scoring talent. It will take a long while for the Rangers team to be fixed.with a complete rebuild.

  10. Drury is awful. They got 25% return . For our franchise player. Greetree is the 25% i like the kid ..but a 3rd and 4th? And 50% retention. Kings hold 2 nd rounders. Even of we got both and greentree for panarin 50% retention..not enough. Shoulda heldbfor desperation near deadline. Or resigned. But the truth remains drury pull the heart and soul out of a veteran team. Trouba kreider goodrow kakko miller….. players saw hownyou treated trouba and kreider….. game over drury you lost the team

  11. The fact that Dolan just recently gave Drury an extension tells you everything you need to know. This trade was an insult to a man who dis SO much for the Rangers.

  12. Drury panicked…He had over a month to find a better deal…The Olympics break was NOT the trade deadline…Many teams buy at the deadline due to injury or to secure that final piece…First, the knucklehead announces to the WHOLE LEAGUE he was selling on Panarin…Giving up even more leverage…He retains 50%!?…He HAD to secure a 1st round pick!!…This guy has wholly dismantled the team over 2 years…The UFA pool is barren next year…And Brian…To edify…Greentree has had a precipitous drop-off in offensive production this year…Does not play physical for his size and is a below average skater with poor acceleration…That doesn't cut it at the NHL level…I am out on this team until they fire Drury…I don't want him OR his team to maje a single draft pick more!!…The team is rudderless…But a disinterested, indifferent owner wont step in to rectify the situation!!
