Sheldon keefe has in my eyes not been the issue . Its guys cant score and our personnel is not it. And we are stuck with fitz..to make even worse
From what I could tell on tv whole building was heavy isles fans. Our fans are coming around why pay money š² to support this product we have. Empty buildings coming after olympic break at rock I suspect some of games like flames in nj as example. Why go to game like that but I expect sparse crowds for sure
Us vs Rags is truly gonna be some bad hockey 2 worst teams in east.
This core sucks, Jack seems to have given up and just gets injured, our other key players have disappeared off the map, our goaltending is awful, I'd genuinely keep Nico, Bratt, maybe Timo, and that's it, the Hughes brother hype might work elsewhere, but for this team, they don't give it their all, only enough to deflect the critics.

I will admit you guys put up a fight in the first period but unfortunately let your foot off the gas in the second and third periods; thatās when we took advantage.
God i so wish that fitz wouldn't even make it to handle this deadline but he will unfortunately. Ownership eventually i hope will see the light

Could you imagine having Chychrun for 9 million instead of Luke Hughes.. Fitz is the most incompetent person in the world. He gave contracts to players who havenāt earned them yet!! Officially done with this season. It's hard to fathom we started 8-1 and are going to be missing the playoffs yet again. Are we the new Buffalo Sabres of the east?
lol the same people who complain about the Hughes playing style are the same ones who complain when they arenāt playing. So which is it? The Devils are a better team with them in the lineup. If someone looked at the roster without knowing the Devs record, the roster is pretty solid. Maybe the team quit on Keefe after he left Marky in net for 9 goals or kept Luke in the game when he had the bad night. Win or lose Iāll always be a Devs fan.

Many people in my section have the same thoughts. Fire Fitz and the entire front office. Move Jack and Luke out to get Brady. Use Brady and Nico to form the upfront guys. Nico doesn't say much but he is always working is butt off for the team. Move Dougie and focus on the young guys for the D. Keeping or moving Bratt, let Nico decide.

It's just so painful at this point. I'm literally screaming at Don, Dan, and Bryce to shut up about their 2 faceoff wins they were talking about for 5 minutes as the Islanders score again. Besides that they're lamenting about how the Devils can't score for 60 minutes b/c there's nothing else to talk about. These guys have given up. I love them tho. I want them to do well. I know they must be killing themselves after every one of these weak ass games, but then I see Grits and his all-smiles social media and I wanna throw my phone through a wall. We need a GM who just stops all the fun until we're winning. Nobody should be having any fun. You're terrible. Get mad. Get goals. Nobody cracks a smile in public until we're a winning team. Man. Absoloutley brutal game to be at. We were sitting in the isles shoot twice so our ENTIRE SECTION and near were 98% isles fans. I actually kinda enjoyed it and the isles fan next to us we were chatting with, but they brought a ton of energy which made it sort of fun I guess, way more energy than devils fans usually bring. But that was just absolutely brutal the letās go isles change couldāve been heard from across the river. Just dishartenning loss, as time ticked down they Put in less and less effort with the extra attacker, they litterallly rolled over and died and was unbelievable they still had time to maybe tie it up. Itās ridiculous that Fitz is still believing Jack is the player to build around and the franchise playerā¦ I thought this was like a common knowledge thing!! Like yes heās great but heās proven to be so unreliable with health that heās just not the guy you can build around, and I would honestly listen to what people are offering. If he plays in the Olympics and then comes back and ends his season Iām gonna be beyond angry, I saw some insiders talking about players who are gonna do that, not Jack specifically but if they were talking about himā¦ man. Seeing the news about like Point and Co, sitting out did make me change my stance and I really really wished he wasnāt going to the Olympics but yk it is what it is.
