I feel bad for the poor ref, having to announce the list of penalties and stumble with it halfway through. If I remember correctly, he used to be just the PA announcer announcing it and even though it might be a little bit harder for the TV crew to get every single penalty, I think it should go back to being that way because it’s so silly and awkward for the rest to just stand there going through all the penalties like that
