I think the Bjugstad trade was done to free up cap space. I think the Blues are realizing that other teams’ cap space is tight, so in order to get top return for Faulk, they will have to retain 50% of his salary.

Looking at the Caleb Jones suspension, I can't help but comment. It seems to me that every time the Ottawa Senators are punished for (whatever) by the NHL, they receive double what anyone else would get U.S.teams in particular. Am I seeing things or does anyone else feel this way. I'm especially thinking of Ottawa losing a 1st round draft choice when Chicago did not, and now this suspension which looks like half what Ottawa's Pinto got.
I feel bad for Bjugstad. Dude has been moved every season, it feels like.
