Definitely can't burn a first in a Faulk trade. He would definitely be an upgrade over Peeke, but he'll be 34 in March and that's going backwards if you trade a first. I'm guessing it won't come down to a lower trade cost if Sweeney balks at a high asking price, since some team is likely to overpay.
keep all the draft picks. Keep building through the draft. I think they have enough players coming back right now to give you what Faulk would until you can draft better replacements. This is a deep draft coming up and you can get a lot of good talent for the future.
