Troy is such a great and valuable addition to this team, he has quickly earned the respect of many Leafs fans. Tough road trip for him playing three of his former teams back to back.
Not to say he wasn't playing great at the start, but what has stood out for me right away has been his attitude and personality. So important to have a guy with that fire that really can drive the team to outperform themselves, you can even see here how he brings the topic back around to his focus on winning the upcoming game. Love to see it and if only other Leafs acted with the same accountability Troy takes in himself we'd probably be in a much different spot.. Also great to hear a guy actually answer questions honestly without sounding like he just gives out robotic answers that he heard the coach say in the last meeting.
I really hope he has lasting success here in Toronto, he really seems like he deserves it after getting moved around so much.
Id laugh so hard if they won the cup and love it haha
