if you are going to allow fighting, let them fight. don't break it up. Sway man jumped a TB player – once Vaseline got him down he should have been able to pummel him on behalf of his teammate. If swayman gets injured he thinks twice about pulling the punk move in the future. unless of course this is theatre, and sports is entertainment, in which case, stage the fight and move on. and while we are talking about this game, did they have a discount on used clothes at "pimps R us"? WTF was Jon cooper wearing. that was as the kids say, "extra" as in look at me!!!!! we did and you looked like a complete moron.

Refs made sure to ruin that game. That 2nd period was the worst officiating disaster I've ever seen in 30 years watching the NHL. The call in OT was just as bad.
Goalie fights are rare; but when it rains, it pours. It's the second one within a couple weeks.

Great strategy to injure another team's main goalie. Get one from the minors, get him to instigate a fight and then do something dirty.
Vasy knew he was failing his team with his game play so he decided to give them a needed spark by fighting. It certainly worked and fired up the crowd and his team. SMART move at an appropriate time. Another reason he's a top goaltender.
