I actually did that. On purpose. Was behind a tree. Lofted club would hit tree. So, I used my 4 iron. Bladed it. Ended 3 ft from hole.😊

Don’t know how many times I’ve hit a bad shot and the ball ended up in a good spot.
My favorite is hitting the tree and have the ball ending up on the green.
