For those who are uninformed…every year Tampa has an event known as Gasparilla. The town is "invaded" by pirates. There's a parade and celebrations throughout the week. This is that week. Think of it similar to Mardi Gras but with boats. Plus the obvious tie in to the Buccaneers whose stadium they're playing in. Hence the pirate themeing.
Every Pittsburgh Pirates fan wept a little after watching this video.
