Mine were riveted to the boot. Not coming off. Id rather deal with a dull edge for a 1/4 period over this. If your first line that means like 2, 60 second shifts, maybe 3. Even dumber is what amatuers pay for a stick today.
Funniest I ever saw in hockey was a guy (in 80s, before removable blades), he fell behind our net into boards (was on opposing team) and BOTH his tucks broke. He bad to walk back to his bench (which was past ours) with no blades and half his tucks. ๐๐๐๐. Was hilarious!!
