Wish nothin but the best for pally. Glad we traded him with that cap hit, but will always like him as a person and player.
Yeah im a Devils fan and he was a "culture" pickup and he was worth it "if" the Devils coulda capitalized with the team they had like right when they got Timo. But now his contract for where he was, just happy to see him stay close so he doesn't have to uproot his life and move. Was always a fan of Palat and those Lighting teams. Think he coulda had 1 last go with a team that has the potential to make a run this season like a Minnesota or Dallas to get a vet that can play on any line you need him too, including power play and penalty kill, any line and hes got a ton of playoff and Stanley Cup experience, wish the Devils coulda like restructured his deal to keep him, dont know if they do that in hockey. Anyway Go Devils!!!
