  1. love that there were no unnecessary fights afterwards. just get up and keep playing

  2. Thatโ€™s how Hockey should beโ€ฆ I hate when they only start hitting like that whenever other people start hittingโ€ฆ. There should be hitting like this the whole game.

  3. Both solid hits, but as a newish fan, can someone explain the difference between these hits and a boarding call? Is it jumping into contact by the checking player or a hit that makes a player slide head first into the boards? Genuine question.

  4. This was a lot of fun. Obviously I really want TM3, but agree itโ€™s not likely, especially at the deadline, due to Prestiโ€™s principles which are hard to argue with. Although there are plenty of examples of teams making critical moves at the deadline that do make them better that season, notable Dallas in their finals run. If they donโ€™t get PJ Washington and Gafford (I really wanted PJ that deadline as well) they definitely donโ€™t make the finals. But for team in particular, chemistry is a huge factor, and not messing that up is at least very understandable, even if I think it could be a big mistake. And if we donโ€™t, then I really hope heโ€™s not moved and we have a chance for him in the offseason, he would be a MASSIVE upgrade to this roster.

  5. Love it. When i started in the 90s most my coaches went by take the body and remove the other player from the puck. If you get an opening to lay someone out defenseless you take it and teach him
