  1. Have watched hockey for 55 years. You explain things better than anyone I've listened to, or watched. Very good vid.

  2. Great commentary! I'm so excited to see how far they can go, and it's been a long time coming. The Sabre's are so fast and fun to watch! Go Sabres!! ❤

  3. I'm not surprised tbh this roster is full of talent what' surprised me is that they have been so awful for so many years because they could have been a playoff team way way earlier imo

  4. Wait a minute. Aren’t ALL NHL teams supposed to exist to win the Stanley cup? Isn’t the point of a pro sports team to try and win the championship? Come on now Terry. He’s a cool guy, I swear. He’s like a normal guy that happens to be rich. Source: first job was for the Sabres

  5. Owner finally realizing his Bills have been a "flop" and maybe time to put some money into the Sabers.

  6. Great vid.
I watched the last three Sabre’s games….closely. The Zack Benson story is just one among many stories that is igniting this team.

    I subscribed today.
I appreciate the clean and professional presentation …. Real Nice!

  7. The day that Jarmo tooke the job the Sabres were playing a late game i think it was Seatle and is was airing on ESPN. Paul Bissonette was one of the analysts along with John Tortorella. Bissonette came right out and asked Tort's if he had gotten a call for the Buffalo coaching job. Tortorella is a guy you either love or hate but regardless his hockey knowledge is pretty good. Tortorella would not give an answer if Jarmo had called him but he instead went on to say the Buffalo situation was "on the players", he went on to say that Lindy is a great coach that he has known for a long time but that it was up to the players to turn this thing around. At his introduction Jarm said the team has a lot of talent but he was'nt hired to sell shirts, he was here to hang banners in the rafters. Along with saying "no ones job is safe and his long history with Tortorella I think the players got the message who would be next if they did'nt turn things around.

  8. I grew up in Syracuse and went to college in Ithaca, but the NY Rangers were the only team on the dorm TVs, so I was a Rangers fan and never caught the Sabres bug.
Great to see BUF getting back in the saddle these days, and as long as they don't threaten the Red Wings here in Michigan I will root for them and their long-suffering fan base.

  9. Very in depth and honest review of the Sabres so far. Love the breakdown of the game play and what makes them successful,
    Definitely hitting the subscribe button!

  10. When the Sabres were in last in the Eastern Conference this year I said they have a very good team and will make the playoffs. So I did see it coming. The 2 best teams in the conference are Tampa and Buffalo. I am a Flyers fan. Buffalo has more talent than the Flyers easily.

  11. When Buffalo is in the playoffs the league thrives. It's something about the Buffalo market that makes it special.

  12. ""Please subscribe because I'm close to making money and I want to make money" is a hilariously refreshing and honest take on the pitch. I subbed immediately after that lol

  13. I definitely notice this a lot especially when Buffalo has a power-play. When the other teams going back down and has two on ones and breakaways because our defense is caught in the offensive zone luckily, our three goalies have been playing a lot better!

  14. I think that the problems that their captain Dahlin has had has also helped the group get together in a special way. They play with him but also for him. They all know what hes been thru and he still manages to lead by example on and off the ice. Inspiring.

  15. Thanx for the vid bud. Watching the Sabres blossom into a Team has been a wonderful sight. I said to my circle that when they figure it out they will be a sight to see. Here they are. A sight to see…

  16. Had me convinced to sub before the end of the vid!! Exactly the type of “hockey news” I wanna see more of 👏👏

  17. I saw it coming. People were way too oblivious to what Kevyn Adams was building even when he laid it all out point by point in all of his press conferences. Everyone wanted instant gratification and a reason to complain when they didn’t get it. I took a lot of shit for pointing this out. I think Jarmo is the man to finish the job but Adams had the courage to commit to a true rebuild when everyone just wanted to make the playoffs at all costs.

  18. Have been following back the team since the beginning of their 10 winning streak in Dec and watching every single game since then. What really impressed me is the chemistry between team members e.g. the Benson back passing to Thompson for the creative scoring in the last NYI game and at least 5 or 6 short handed goals scored since early Dec. They also have the three amazing goaltenders, Lyon, UPL and Ellis. In most of the games, they are not struggling to win but completely dominating. I will not be completely surprised if they reach to the Eastern Conference and better yet, Stanley Cup Final.

  19. "If you don't want to work you wont be on the team". that is what should have been enforced all along.

  20. HEARING TALK OF SABRES LOOKING FOR TRADE , NOT SURE THEY NEED TOO. THE YOUNG GUYS ARE SHOWING ITS THEIR TIME AND THE VETS ARE PLAYING GREAT

  21. Lets hope the Buffalo run continues after the Olympic brake.

If it does, meaning winning rate is over 50 per cent, they will reach Playoffs.
