NJ Devils vs. Winnipeg Jets VLOG From Prudential Center 1/27/26 John MacLean Ring Of Honor Night

The New Jersey Devils were back in action at The Rock last night hosting the Winnipeg Jets on John MacLean Ring Of Honor Night. The NJ Devils fell by a score of 4-3. A truly painful loss.

Before the game Johnny Mac was inducted as the fourth member into the New Jersey Devils Ring Of Honor, joining Dr. John McMullen, Sergei Brylin and Jacques Lemaire.

I obviously had to do a VLOG for this one!

The New Jersey Devils brought in some very special guests for the event:

– Glenn “Chico” Resch (teammates in 1983-84 and 1984-85)

– Bruce Driver (teammates on the 1995 Stanley Cup Championship team)

– Jim Dowd (teammates on the 1995 Stanley Cup Championship team)

– Aaron Broten (teammates from 1983-84 to 1989-90)

– Tom Chorske (teammates on the 1995 Stanley Cup Championship team)

– Tommy Albelin (teammates on the 1995 Stanley Cup Championship team)

– Brendan Shanahan (teammates from 1987-88 through 1990-91)

– Ken Daneyko (teammates on the 1995 Stanley Cup Championship team)

– Martin Brodeur (teammates on the 1995 Stanley Cup Championship team)

– Scott Stevens (teammates on the 1995 Stanley Cup Championship team)

– Lou Lamoriello (Longtime General Manager of the New Jersey Devils)

– Sergei Brylin (teammates on the 1995 Stanley Cup Championship team & Devils Ring Of Honor Member)

– Jacques Lemaire (Coach of the 1995 Stanley Cup Championship team & Devils Ring Of Honor Member)

John MacLean was also an Assistant Coach for the Devils 2003 Stanley Cup Championship team that many of these guys were a part of!

A truly legendary figure in the franchise history of our beloved New Jersey Devils and a much deserved honor.

In this VLOG you will see a little bit of everything:

– VIP look at the Devils after leaving the locker room before they hit the ice

– Warmup action

– The ceremony before the game

– ARLETTE

– Sights and sounds of the in-arena experience and game

– A brief cameo by a VERY special guest (the thumbnail gives it away)

– And of course, FOOD!

Here is my night at THE ROCK for John MacLean’s special night…

Congratulations to Johnny Mac!

  1. Sweet Ace. Was there too. Probably the last time of the year eh. Nice to see the legends especially Jacques. Unfortunately, This team stinks

  2. Be honest Ace, what was your reaction when you got the alert of the Palat trade i was shocked that they traded him mid game.

  3. Always love the VLOGS Ace! You haven’t done any VLOGS in awhile. Was cool to see one again! Wish the team could have won on that special night with the legends there

  4. That first shot curse nearly made me want to rip my head off. Yo in the most recent spittin chicklets Biz mentioned Jack is essentially playing with three fingers… not sure on those facts or what maybe he mixed up 3 and 4 or what. but we’ll honestly never know anything about what happened on that fateful day…

  5. I love that they played the Yanni tune for the walk out. Is there any way you can make the induction ceremony only available as a video file for my archives?
