Sweet attempt but good save
Chychrun hasn't gotten enough consideration this year for the Norris. He's one of the very few in Washington actually earning his paycheck each night and it's difficult to make a case that he shouldn't be in the discussion for the Norris. Not just for the goals but his overall play has been consistently outstanding.

What's crazy is Carberry and the other Caps players said they have NEVER seen Chychy even try this in practice. It was a spur of the moment decision.
