Lane Hutson will end up in the HoF. Team USA ? Don’t get it.
Dach sucked we need lanie with cole and nick
Hutson should be banned and Caufield SMH
3:25 Can someone explain that graph or tell us how it's called? I struggle to search and find an explanation that my 3 neurones can understand 😂
Where was Texier, tonight? They cut him off the lineup?
Dach is just horrible. No vision of the game. They placed him on the first line to try to sell him but with the performance he gave, Montreal will not get much for him.
Crazy part, during the game, they put up a graphic about Hutson, that Minnesota was one of 3 teams he didn't have a point against in his career.
Let that sink in for a second…..133 career games (134 now), and there are only 3 teams in the league, that he doesn't have points against. Points tonight means he knocked the Wild off the list. Now only 2 teams he doesn't have points against. Not sure who the other 2 teams are, but I assume western conference teams as they would only play them twice in a year.
How crazy is that? 134 games, and there are only 2 teams he has no points against…..as a defensemen none the less!!!
Canadiens roster is as good as it has been for a long time. Demidov leading rookie scoring. Kapanen 5th in rookie scoring. Hutson tied for 2nd in defensive scoring. Add in Suzuki, Slafkovsky, Caufield, Matheson, Carrier.
On top of that, they are the youngest team in the league.
The future is bright!
Thanks!
There are a lot of reasons to love this team. And if you look around the league, Habs fans are flooding arenas everywhere. It’s impressive!!
Goal Caufield❣️Clutch 🧨
I'm concerned about our game and lineup.
We still seem to be making silly mistakes, which might correct in time with maturity, but I've seen way too many teams trade off of promising prospects or young players too early.
What will we do when we are all healthy? I've really liked Texier, he seemed to be a decent fit up front, does he get that spot when he's back? I don't think we should touch the second line, i think we've almost got it to the point where teams have to worry about our top two lines, but where does that leave all our talent?
It is so difficult to defend when Demidov and Hutson switch positions on the ice. I wish Demidov will shoot more but you can't argue with the results.
We need a sixth defenceman who can be trusted to play 15+ minutes per game. It is clear Struble and Xhekaj are not the answer. Maybe it is time for Reinbacher to join the team starting in the bottom pairing.
I know Dobes is not an advanced stats darling but he just keeps winning. Play him until he loses.
New officiating call 2 minutes for being in the proximity of a player loosing his edge
Three Wild players were frantically attempting to prevent Dimedov's tap-on-the-ice call for a pass, which they believed would result in a shot, even fooled the goalie. However, Dimedov feigned the shot and set up Hudson for the one-timer. Dimedov's intelligence is unparalleled, and as a 20-year-old, it is unprecedented in the NHL. The closest comparison would be Gretzky.
Yep, the summer practice between these two is what came to mind.😊
Not to be the one but Minnesota entire 2nd line was missing soooo yeah still a good win !!!
i dont know what hyping does…but you guys get all my hyoe points
What isn't mentioned is 2 of the Wild's good players weren't playing in the game
Instead of apologizing, the referees should do their job correctly. This call against Hutson was awful.
When Team USA will lose ther Olympic final, I hope they will remember Caufield and Hutson… ^^
Dude chill out, have a deep breath
Minnesota was missing 4 regulars
Habs fans start tracking the penalties given to the Habs and the score at the time. You will see the inconsistancies!
You said something that brought back good memories. The late 70's Canadiens' games were like you said. We had to watch until the very last second because they always found a way to score. It is still early days but it is promising.
Fantastic win, fantastic players. Deserved the win! The cup please!
This kind of skill has only been matched by the 70's powerhouse, and the late 80's. Exciting times. KH/JG have some tweaks to make, and then watch us explode! 🤯
lol wait, 4 good wild pllayers were not playing in this game.
