Good point about the shots on goal, Lyss.
To me, the game was more of a slow burn with a good payoff than a total dud. The third and OT was very entertaining. But yes, period 1 and 2 were a slog, but I’m not mad at their effort. Jonathan Toews has arrived.
Putting two guys on the shootout who were overplayed and flubbing throughout the game – good call.
Giving the fourth line less than 10 minutes when they were destroying the opposition – good call
Your picks for hardest working Jet – yeesh! although Toews played well, but Namestnikov grinded the night again (please switch Nino for Duehr).
