So glad the Penguins love Stu so much… As evidenced by how hard they rocked the Oil tonight 😂 I was so, so, so sad when Stu was traded… But WOW, was it a blessing in disguise!! Stu is FINALLY getting the love and support he deserves!!! From his team, from the fans, even from the media now… 💛🖤💛
I did not cry. 😢. Skinner didn’t even play tonight, but I was still there cheering like he was about to step back onto the ice any second. Losing to the Pens doesn’t sting the same when our hometown guys are shining. If it had to be anyone, I’m glad it was them. It just felt right.
