Thank you. Sherwood question is hard. The team sucks and a rebuild should be happening, so letting Sherwood go would be the best for the team.
Not saying Stanley should not be punished but after Marchand got away with his dangerous and deliberate hit on Matheson, the NHL is giving free passes this year. When the league abdicates their responsibility to issue discipline the players will self police. Habs play Panthers on Thursday. I nominate Amber to fill the role to try, judge and sentence Brad. 😮 Shame on the NHL

lol, love the wheel. DOPS is staggering in their uneveness of how they look at things. A flying elbow by Marchand isn't even looked at, and Stan gets a suspension for the hit (still worth it!). I don't know how the Jets will survive the loss of one of their top scorers for a game! faints

It's unreal to me how terrible Toronto fans treat and talk about Matthews. We will happily take him on the Wild if you guys want him gone that bad. This whole "the team's bad so it must be the captains fault" mentality is just silly to me. Maybe the captain isn't producing like he used to because the team is bad?
I wonder when was the last time we had 2 new franchise goal leaders in a single season. Matthews passed Sundin, and Crosby passed Lemieux

Kiefer Sherwood's career scoring stat is 0.39 PPG. This season and last, Sherwood has been scoring at a 0.50 PPG pace. Even as just a Winger in today's NHL, that is still worth $4M – $5M per year. But, term often depends on age. Sherwood will be 31 before he even signs his next contract. That said, I expect that some team will offer him 3 – 5 years at $4M to $5M per. I'm just not sure if it will be the Vancouver Canucks.
