Leafs can want all they want but that boat has passed long ago. They have no prospects and no draft picks and their current team isn't very good. Focus on retooling and stop trying to trade away the little you do have to bolster a crap team.
Do you know that there will be no trade between Calgary and Toronto that bridge is burnt like a dumpster fire. Darius is 100% correct. Mathews will be traded to the Utah mammoth. Brad has a good relationship with the Utah team that brings Matthew closer to his home in Arizona. So look for draft picks three roster players a first and a second and two minor league players.
