Jesus guys let the man fall over. He's going fast and bumping into people. McDavid gets a hold, should be no call on Brown that was probably a makeup call, but like actually McDavid is allowed to fall come on.
Both McDavid and Draisaitl do this when they need a power play, particularly late in the game. They engage with someone and then go down as if they are being held/hooked. The league needs to tell the refs to start calling them on it, it is an embarrassment.
Only one penalty on that play, and it's on McDavid for interference.
Him and Draisatl do that all the time. Hockey should start giving one game suspensions for this nonsense before the NHL turns into a soccer league.

The call on McDavid was interference because of the body contact since Brown wasn’t anywhere near playing the puck which is fair on its own I guess but not when they completely messed up the calls in the first period when McDavid got hit in the head and the penalties called on his teammates response was atrocious…There’s no interference by McDavid if Brown doesn’t grab his arm. Otherwise McDavid would have finished his little forearm move (perfectly legal) and been on his way.
If you think that is interference on McDavid, I suggest you watch the physicality of net front battles and puck retrievals. Lots of contact on players who aren’t playing the puck.
Words means things and rules are rules. All we ask as fans is they call them fairly and consistently
