4 losses in the last 6 games, Avs have gone from unbeatable to average in 2 weeks. Sometimes when you are so good you forget what it takes to reach that level and think you can just breeze through and win. Reality smacking Avs in the face, better now then in 3 months. When you are #1, other teams work harder and Avs are getting outworked

The Avalanche have been in a rut for the past month. It happens but I am sure they will bounce back here soon. Just forget that Game and get ready for the next couple home games which are must wins and will be a challenge indeed. Every game is important now moving forward. I love our Avalanche. Every Team has its bad games or times. Have faith.
For whatever reason, the last 10 days the Avs have become a sloppy playing team. Poor passing, poor puck control, these are areas that they were sharp in from the start of the season, but now it's like pre-season rust.
