Insider Trading: Rangers hope to decide on Panarin, team direction before Olympic break
TSN’s Hockey Insiders discuss where the freefalling Rangers go from here, the latest on the Canucks and Kiefer Sherwood, what Calgary needs to consider for a Blake Coleman trade and Brayden Point’s Olympic status.
re-sign panarin at all cost ny can't rebuild with all the nmc contracts we have and we wouldn't be successful with developing our draft picks might as well trade igor and fox if we don't keep bread…. its pathetic kreider should have retired a ranger and panarin should too. why are we even talking about trading him just pay him and re-sign him lmao why would we trade for miller and sign gadvrikov without keeping bread makes 0 sense….. Rangers aren't going through a full rebuild therefore Rangers MUST re-sign panarin he deserves it anyway we cant' rebuild nor would we be successful at the rebuild… so you can't trade panarin you have to try your absolute hardest to re-sign him there is absolutely no one available to replace him and rebuilding clearly isn't an option…. bread deserves to retire a ranger and deserves to be paid.
He makes most sense to go to SJ. He can man the 2nd line and still get in the playoffs. Pretty good place to retire and get paid. He is also playing with Mac arguably top 5 in the league. No point staying in NYC that show is over.

Pinerna gone in new York
Have no fear I am sure Bettman and the New York office will cook something up to help the Rangers make the playoffs
Brandon Point to Ottawa Senators- they have some assets, future picks, prospects and rookies and some veterans
Panarin is the only guy on this team with any offense, so naturally they want to get rid of him. The Drury way
