  1. Boy's! We got a positive goal diff!! Way to go showtime! Let's keep this shit going! LGRW 🐙

  2. Neither Andersson or Hamilton makes the wings cup contenders if added to the team. So my logical mind says no on both for a trade. I think Todd McLellan deserves a great deal of credit for the wings success for this season so far.

  3. Kane has like 27 open net goals or so, why is it such a talking point? Nobody is saying "he's nearing 500 but so and so many were unfortunately open netters." Who cares! 😊🎉😊

  4. Last year I was wanting Stevie to bring in some pieces at the deadline to give the boys a boost. But this year….idk why….but unless we can trade for some pieces that will significantly help in the long term then i don't much see the point. I know it's a long shot to pull off those types of trades (which i'd be happy sacrificing picks / prospects for), but i'd still rather them not give much away.

  5. Its a bit early, but i see ASP becoming Shayne Gostisbehere 2.0 after he develops. Can get you 50-60 points a season, but struggles at his primary function *defenseman*.
I hope we upgrade before the deadline. We have the most cap space in the league and shouldn't be worried about paying to get a good player at this point.
Our fans have a garage sale/thrift store mentality these days. If you only want to pay a 50 cents/a looney for a blender, then dont proceed to cry if it breaks a week later.

  6. Smart to wait for the political tension to go down for Federov retirement night. 2-3 years ago Hasek wouldve went up there like Kanye to interrupt his ceremony… "This man is putin puppet, stand with Ukraine!"

  7. Thus far in their history, Federov is the player who has/had the most overall talent to play with the Red Wings. Hart and Selke in the same year. Larry Murphy on tv the other night talking about how Federov was his d-partner. Remember this was Yzerman’s team at the time.

  8. As someone who watches a lot of the jets, please don't talk about Logan Stanley. He is on a shooting bender of all shooting benders and is completely inept on the defensive side of the ice, absolutely is not an upgrade on anyone, even the wings current third pair.

  9. How is it that Brad has two kids and the most real-life responsibility in his life, and yet he can recall data so much better than both Evan and Ryan??? 🤣🤣🤣

  10. Am I the only one who saw the Larkin centennial jersey and noticed a 7 on both sleeves and went "When did edvinsson get named captain?"

  11. Me, in 2018, watching the draft: "Please don't take Zadina, please don't take Zadina, please don't take Zadina…"
Ken Holland: "What, take Zadina? Don't mind if I do!"
    Me: "Nooooooo…"

  12. The draft list for '19 was made before Stevie even got here. Him and Holland basically had the same list. Stevie and Tampa also had the same list.

  13. I wouldn't move any top prospects until we get through the year need to make sure who isn't longterm of the future

  14. Datsuyk, Zetterberg, and Osgood ALL need their jerseys retired next. Osgood absolutely deserves to be inducted into the Hockey Hall Of Fame as well. He has more than earned it.

  15. Murphy is going to end up on the Frost and then her and Heise are going to ruin every goalie in the PWHL forever.

  16. I think the Toddfather deserves some love. This staff has raised the teams compete level. Mclellan with the recent line shuffle got in front of what could have been a major stumble in a ridiculously tight division.
