  1. If they send down Ingram and punish great play with a demotion then this team isn’t fucken serious about goaltending. Full stop. Not only would you be punishing Ingram for great play but then you’d ALSO be punishing Ungar for great play as well. I don’t give a shit about the locker room favouritism. You go with who WINS GAMES. If someone gets injured you ride the other goalie. This isn’t rocket science. Goalies used to play 70 games a year with no problem. Are we seriously sitting here saying those goalies were in better shape or something? Give me a break.

  2. Are we now caring about feelings! I play goal and Im the starter and nobody cares about my feelings. See ya down the road Pickard!

  3. Their is two problems –first off the Oilers have been too fair (in the past) to Skinner/Pickard.

    (1) first problem — you acquired Jarry and by default the money he makes you can't sit hm out — you have to give him a fair shot and play him, and because he's coming from injury that even compounds the problem you have the same situation you've had with Skinner and Pickard the last few years where we have to see what we have here and work through the cobwebs so speak.

    2) Again by the fate of the Universe – Jarry is slightly better than Pickard, but Ingram has been the Oilers best goalie this year. The elephant in the room is that Jarry is an unknown does he get injured again.

I am of the opinion you have to play Jarry until the end of the seasons keep the tandem of him and Pickard, but by the end of the season when it's less likely Jarry to get hurt you put Pickard on waivers call up Ingram and then you are ready for playoffs. An Ingram/Jarry tandem is better then the former.
