  1. Love this!!! What a great thing to spend a day off just playing the game and remembering why you love it…no gear, no uniform, no coach or crowds. Just ice and your friends

  2. been an isles fan 50 years – quite possibly the best .56 seconds of hockey footage I have seen of this team. Men being little kids again and more importantly friends. I dont think I have ever felt this connected to a group of players. Darche is killing it – keep this content coming. The look on Barzy face, Schaef – all the boys. Pure gold!!!!

  3. God damn I loved this! You can see how the guys legitimately enjoy being teammates with each other, cant say that for a lot of teams.

  4. I've been an Islanders fan my whole life, and I'm 35, so I've never even seen them play in a Stanley Cup Championship. Finally, after all these years, I honestly believe that this season, or the next, will be the one. There's something special about the current team, especially when they're communicating properly on the ice. Seeing this video gives me even more hope, because you can see that they're more than just a bunch of hockey pros who play on the same team. They genuinely are a team and the camaraderie they share is what wins championships… I believe, do you?? 🚨🏒🥅🏆🗽🚨

  5. The photos from this makes me think this group has a Cup in them. They don't just play for each other; they have fun doing it.

  6. I absolutely love this. Great to see them enjoying the game, and really becoming a team. Lou would be visually sick to his stomach seeing them like this- on social media, beards, hi tempo play. Thank you, Darche!

  7. More important than any practice session at this point in their careers! I questioned making Lee the captain when it first happened for about a week. I wish I could take that thought back he’s been a great leader through it all. We can all feel that this group is different.
