The Rangers should not trade Jonathan Quick. If Igor Shesterkin is even out for 2 months, you need a veteran goalie. Yes, he is about to turn 40, but he has proven to still be able to do the job. Also, Quick signed with the Rangers 2+ years ago with the intent for it to be his final career stop. He may end up retiring after this season or next. Just keep him for as long as he wants to be in New York.
There is always alot of chatter about getting top tier players. No one wants to come here with Drury and Dolan. Its obvious, players used to love being part of the original six franchise, now , not so much.
