  1. Eklund is only 23yr and will def make it to next 2 Olympics when he is in his ultimate prime at 27 and 31.

  2. I usually defend you Sheng but I wonder what answer you thought you could get with that 2nd one.

  3. He's been meh' all year. Gets rubbed out on the boards alot. Maybe if it was the bigger European surface, they would have taken him.

  4. Eky you deserved a spot keep that head up kid. You are a huge part of this team and a huge part of the turnaround of this organization. Prove them all wrong and let’s get to the playoffs 🔥

  5. Their loss our win. This will Fuel Ekie, and he's going to be monster. They will realize they made a mistake.

  6. This turned into such a disrespectful interview after the first time Eklund said he didn't want to go into it. All of you need to do better

  7. Man Eklund's a terrific player and an ever better young man. Absolutely deserved to go to the Olympics and handled a tough room very well here with class. Hope he absolutely lights it up for the Sharks even more than he already has from here on out and makes Sweden's management regret (inexplicably) leaving him off.

  8. Ekky dealt with such crap questions with such class and then was genuinely happy for Wenny and Mac. Still supporting his country even though they snubbed him. Great guy – I hope the sharks nurture this fire he has right now

  9. Can you guys please PLEASE work on what you’re asking these guys? Like, you have to read these comments and have some sense that you’re bothering some of these guys, right? We all see it interview after interview; it’s kind of embarrassing
