  1. It feels like the Habs saved themselves against the Blues for tonight's game. I'm just happy that it paid off. A time will come in the next year or two when the lower teams will fall to the Habs regularly. 😊❤😊

  2. Depth in bottom six ! For 3 games in a row !! , denault and gally has a spark! Question is when andresson comes back do u split them ?

  3. I think the goalie question still stays , Monty 2 good games but still in both of them gave up a weak goal! And about the stats for the game of Monty , remember Dallas shoot less but still scores , so 3 goals of 25 shots against is good

  4. In many ways, Slaf is centering that second line. He' s the one who is driving the play on the rush, gaining the blue line, controlling the puck, making the plays that put ID and Kapanen in situations where they out-number the opposition. He's been brilliant for the past five weeks. This is further and better proof as to why you can't judge draft picks based on a couple of seasons–unless, of course, it's Lane Hutson, who is just flat out fantastic. The verdict is in on Lane.

  5. Good results, but wondering if we're not burning the Defense candle by both ends, with Struble & Xhekaj playing less than 10m per game consistently. This game wasn't too much a factor as we have a few days off, and we will have the Olympics break, but it's just a bit worrying.

  6. Imagine when newhook comes back and its slaf newhook and demiGOD on the 2nd , they gonna be the new 1st

  7. That's SEVEN multi-point games in 13 for our boy Slaf. He's a menace night in night out. Looks like a totally different level of beast from what we saw in his ELC years.

  8. when is Laine and Newhook Dach GHule coming back ?

    Caufield – Suzuki – Dach
    Slaf – Kapanen – Demidov
    Laine – Danault – Anderson
    Taxier – Newhook – Ghalleger/ Evans bolduc ballotage ?

  9. I was wrong about Slaf. Over the last 3 years I thought they had made mistakes by bringing him into the NHL at 18, by not giving him time in Laval to develop, and by putting him on the #1 line. He has now become one of the top 5 or 6 players on the team and is still improving quickly. Hughes and the scouting department got the first round pick correct!

  10. If we can beat the second best team in the league with a depleted lineup, there's really no need to trade for a 2C.

  11. slaf, hutson, hage, zharovsky, demidov, perhaps pickford tearing up the juniors, guys is this heaven??

  12. Monty kept the game in reach despite that early miscue. SlafZilla strikes again, although I would rather have him park right in front of the goalie to make it extra difficult to see around.

  13. I know many fans didn’t like Slaf for long time but like coach and general manager say he will get better in couple years and I think he showing that right now and hope he stay on that level for many years

  14. Slafkovsky will have 78 points at the end of the season if he continues like he has in the last 20 games. 102 points if he continues like he has in the last 10 games.
