  1. I took a look at the tickets available for the Canucks vs Montreal this Saturday and was blown away with how many were available.

  2. I think it's petty safe to say that nobody really wants the all star game back, but All Star weekend could be fun.
Get the players all together and do some wacky stuff.

Have the players go head to head in trivia, do some kind of game show, iono…. anything but that boring all star game.

  3. It's really not clear what the reason for the call on Anderson was, but there should really be a difference between just acting in an unsportsmanlike conduct and abuse of officials. Shooting a puck down the ice, or tapping your stick, is not in the spirit of the game but it really doesn't hurt anyone. Sitting the guy out for 10 mins sounds like reasonable to me. Yelling or cursing at an official is a more punishable offense that should warrant an actual 2 mins. I'd really like to know which one was it.

  4. Thank you for mentioning ticket prices! I love seeing NHL games but it’s gotten so expensive lately. More often than not I’ve been buying tickets to see AHL games. I’m a big Habs/Laval fan and I payed $60 for good seats watching Laval play Calgary in January.

  5. It's crazy that tickets to the Olympics are cheaper than the NHL.

I got tickets to both semi-final games and the bronze medal game for 2026.

  6. That oilers game was so inconsistent with the calls, and come on, tapping on the ice should not equal a power play for the other team…

  7. Mid-season tournaments are a stupid risk. The whole point of the season is to gear teams toward the playoffs. It feels more like a grab for cash than anything else. Hurry out and buy this new jersey and hat, never mind nonsense around it.
To be fair, I stopped watching the all-star events after the John Scott fiasco. They took away the fan vote, anyone that tunes in now is just condoning their clamp down on the event.

  8. Oh my God, I've never seen the refs try that hard and that blatantly to make a team win. The ice wasn't tilted, it was literally flipped. The Habs had to play 9v5 for the whole night.

  9. Those Vancouver ticket prices are reasonable. I live in Toronto and Leaf tickets are double that. My wife and I spend $300 a ticket and we’re no where near centre ice.

  10. As a Ducks fan, we are used to getting the 2 rather than the 10, so it’s gratifying when it finally happens to league favorite teams as well.

  11. So that's ONLY CA$1,000+ for a couple to go out to see a game of a team that's missed the playoffs for ?how many years? in the past 10?… SURE, that makes COMPLETE sense in "the real world" where the average REAL person lives. Ticket prices are DISGUSTING, and the players' salaries are right there with them (it's all tied together; stop LYING TO YOURSELVES!! The REVENUE comes FIRST, then the salaries… The ticket prices ARE NOT based on the outragious salaries.) The prices are immoral, period. BILLIONAIRES making MILLIONAIRES off of people simply enjoying a "game". F'ing horrific. BUT LET'S BUY THOSE JERSEYS and OTHER merch, everyone!

  12. Those tickets are bonkers!!! One of the philly guys was talking about looking at ticket prices for his family and once you have parking, concessions & everything accounted for, it could easily approach a thousand dollars for a family of 5. Complete and utter insanity.

  13. 7:19 those ticket prices seem pretty steep. I went to 3 Devils games back in March in NJ. They were pretty good seats. And I got them for like 110$ US. At the end of the season for a playoff team

  14. Glad people aren't buying canucks tickets. The greed is absurd. Our seasons were 30% more expensive. Not going to renew next season.

  15. Vegas is really embracing being the villains. I don't mind them doing LTIR shenanigans, but signing Carter Hart is really fucked up. I hope that if he's ever on the active roster, that fans protest against him. It's very very rare that I wish injury on a hockey player, but there's no injury on Carter Hart that wouldn't bring a smile to my face.

  16. No ones talking how conor mcdavid faked being tripped by Matheson snd got him to take a penalty???! They showed a replay and matheson didnt even touch him! Lost a lot of respect for mcdavid. What a loser.

  17. I can take bad refing. I happens. Sometimes stuff goes on behind the scenes that they are unfortunately reacting to. HOWEVER… I think everyone is being hyper critical after the scandal in the NBA. It really seemed that the refs were determined to give Oilers a lot of offence in that third period… Similar hits and trips on Montreal players went uncalled, and then that very very very weak unsportsmanlike conduct. If I were the NHL I would want to protect myself from a scandal and do their own internal review.

  18. As a Flyers fan, I'm disgusted with the way our team handled the Carter Hart situation. They judged him before all the facts game out. They should have kept him on board until he was proven guilty. I don't blame Hart for wanting to move on from the franchise (even though we obviously have goalie needs) after how they treated him during his most difficult moment.
