Florida is coming off another third period comeback against Carolina, winning 5-2 over the host Hurricanes on Tuesday night; the Lightning has won two straight including Monday against the Blues.

Florida went into the Christmas break with wins in five of six and eight of the past 10.

The Panthers kick off a run of three games in the next four days in a five-game homestand that includes Friday’s Winter Classic in Miami.
