Lmao, anybody actually cares about that? I've never heard this hate for such a reason, but I might just be in a different bubble. Seems like such a specific thing to fight over (number of #1 draft players). For me personally, Slafkovsky doesn't really appeal to me like a much of a likable guy, but that's about it, other than that I don't really care. Best of luck to you.

I do think Cooley will have more points by the end of both their careers.

Actually, if you check stats, Slafkovsky is the most consistent player on the Habs. Aside of that, he is also the best offensive player for the past month on the team. Dont let me start on the puck driving, battles and defensive play. When Martin St. Luis swapped him onto second line the 1st line dropped from one of the best lines to being totaly mediocore in comparison to whe whole league. Czechs are not jealous, they are scared that their "weaker" brothers will have someone better than them in the current era. And thats how it was always with them. Not hating on czechs generally, but one can't deny that they have enormous ego. 🙂
