  1. I’m glad Bret won , and all they have to do is make the post season , however this was just foresberg tonight , that’s it ….and your right about they can score more , however that can only come with giving up on the defensive stats and the coach letting them f ing play ! I think they are still paying McClellan and they signed hiller for 3 years < he woulda signed for a year so STEWWPIDD! So I doubt they fire him and pay 3 coaches this year ,so holland has to tell him to change up the system

  2. We love a win. It's hard not to feel negative. Most games and almost all of the wins have been struggles. The coaching deficit always feels greatest when they go against a great coach like Cooper. The Bolts were depleted and they were getting after it. You could see how sound the system was and how hard they played it. Defensively the Kings are strong but offensively they try to force it with their skill, which is considerable. It feels like Hiller is caretaking the culture and system McLellan built, not adding anything, and it's ebbing away.

  3. when you have 1.5 puck moving D, O starts from the back end, this is the result. When you have Edmondson, Doub, and Cici, on your back end thats not good enough in 2025, and this is an organizational issue as they signed these guys 2-3 years yikes!!!!

  4. Trevor Moore had some really really great defensive play. It could have been a much worse outcome without his involvement.

  5. good stuff Eddie. hit pretty much my feelings on this team.

I don't believe this will last, but if they could just score a bit more consistently they could turn a lot of these ot games into regulation wins.

it is frustrating to watch. the defense is holding on most nights but they need to build a certain swagger offensively to enter any game knowing not only will they hold teams to low scoring, but that they will score enough to win.
