it's an emotional rollercoaster in Edmonton.
That is brutal, but Skinner will have the last laugh. The oilers defense has a laundry list of goalies it has ruined over the years. Skinner did better than most, and Jarry will be the next sacrifice. The question will be will they learn their lesson this time? Answer: nope.

No class by the oilers. The whole oilers team was against Skinner and blamed him for everything. Only Evander Kane and Vincent Dehanais were in Stu’s corner in Edmonton. Mcdavid and Draisaitl didn’t like Stu and what you see there is classless by the Oilers to not even acknowledge Skinner. Mcdavid looked in his direction and didn’t even say “hey Stu go join the boys to congratulate Leon”. That says a lot about the leadership in Edmonton
Yeah, I felt for Skinner… don't think he deserves all that…. not sure what went on in the locker room, maybe they were blaming him, but the defense is the bigger problem imho. Guess we'll see how Jarry works out, but if our D continues to hang him out to dry as they did Skinner so often, I don't expect much of an improvement tbh, but we'll see… maybe his lateral atheleticism will make the difference. Bit of a gamble, but if it pays off, then I guess it's all good.
