I think tonights bad performance was not tactical. The loss was because a lot of players were playing with the flu bug and they had no energy. EVEN with the injuries if the players were not battling the flu bug they probably would have won
Matthews refused to speak to reporters after the game. For that alone, he should be stripped of the “C”…and traded. (Though at this point, we’d be lucky to get a 3rd rounder) This team on the cusp of imploding.
love Auston Mathews- he is a pure goal scorer- he is not a defensive centre or forward- his goal/assist ratio is kind of like a Mike Bossy type of player of a Mike Gartner type of player- the Buds have to use this type of player where he is most effective
