Dean should probably be investigated for throwing games intentionally. You started a struggling, partially injured second line forward and an 18 year old in his second NHL game against 3 HOF players. Not to mention a divisional rival who we are in a TIGHT playoff race with. I refuse to believe Dean is actually that stupid. Either way, he should be fired. He's losing us games, whether he's betting against us and throwing them intentionally or he's just the biggest moron to ever coach hockey doesn't really matter

Sending out lines in OT to match and defend is not winning us games, it’s 3v3 put out our most skilled guys and let them go get a goal instead of turtle shelling every game
This is the NINTH blown lead in the third in the last MONTH, and Evason’s first answer blames hitting the goal posts. Awful and incompetent.
Hot take: We are witnessing a good team be missmanaged in key times/moments not a bad team lose games. CBJ forever ♥️ but i thinks its time for some changes and suprised its went this long.
I know that Don Waddell had to be careful not to disrupt the chemistry on this team but clearly last years magic has evaporated. I see 2 courses for the remainder of this year. Either continue on the current path and hope for a good lottery pick. (We already know that there is no way in hell the NHL would allow them to get McKenna but maybe a 4th or 5th overall pick), or make a big trade or a few big trades to shake something up. At the beginning of the year we wanted a top 6 winger, a goalie or a top 4 defenseman. Now I think our biggest need is a player who HATES TO LOSE. One who gets pissed off when other team members screw up. One who comes in and holds everyone accountable, who throws trash cans, yells, screams and gets in people's faces. This calm, going about business as usual, just continue playing Blue Jacket hockey crap is clearly not working. Everyone is getting used to losing and that is not good for anyone. Torts clearly wore out his welcome and chased away all of the good players and deterred any players with talent from wanting to come here but maybe another player who demands others to play winning hockey would help. Something has got to give. The current team is not getting anything done. In order to be a good loser you first must be a loser.
Struggle to think this team is built to rattle off 7 of 8. So, not holding my breath we take the next step this year.
Easy for us as fans to see, but game mismanagement is very much a problem (among other things). Love the way Luca has played, but he can’t be the one stuck out there vs 87.
IF Fantilli is your 1C, then HE needs to be the one out there to start OT. No more sheltering him. I don’t care who’s “going.” Please ask Leo Carlson how his load management looks this year…

I love how we’re always winning by two and then we always give it up. Jack Reeve should’ve saved that Sidney Crosby goal in the third. He stood at the puck in Wawa land we should not have lost that game, but we did.😢😢😢 it’s been the same exact way for 4 Game St. and we’ve lost all of them
