  1. AK, we are in a no-win here, the problem is the vision of Barry Trotz and how this team was built is predicated on young guys showing out and forwards developing. Stamkos needs to be deployed and used in the right way. Will he eclipse those 40 goal markers? Maybe maybe not…but you have to put him in the positions that he will do well. As far as Stastney, I got love for the dude..mental health is such a big deal in society. We all need to recognize and understand that it’s ok to not be ok sometimes. I think we all want Spencer Stastney to be the best version of himself both on and off the ice . Great summary AK on this—and I think you and EL give it the due deference and respect while understanding everyone is human and people need to strive to be well—mentally and physically!

  2. Great job on the solo show today! As someone who deals with bipolar disorder, I’m proud that Stastney did the right thing and is getting help. I really like him as a Pred, but as a person in general.
