  1. Great game and great analysis. I could listen to Drew break down hockey for hours, we are so lucky to have him back home in San Jose

  2. Was there and man, the energy in the tank is back, we are extremely lucky to be witnessing what is happening here, from top to bottom. 🦈

  3. Seemed like The Tank is alive again!! It’s been so long since I’ve heard it like that. Glad the boys were able to pull out a win for Jumbo. Gonna be at this weekend’s games. Really looking forward to it.

  4. 0:44 goaltending has noticeably improved. Evidenced by the eye.

You can see how much work Askarov is putting in. The position of his hands being the #1 mark. And it speaks volumes about how much work that all the sharkies are putting into playing as a team.

  5. Absolutely love listening to you both, Brodie and Drew! I created the artwork (the portrait of Joe made up of his career accomplishments) that the Sharks are gifting Joe… and it was a total labor of love for me. I’ve watched this team from LITERALLY day one, and Joe Thornton has become my all-time favorite San Jose Shark. (And I thought it impossible to knock Owen Nolan out of the top spot). Joe is the heart and desire fans desperately seek from their home town players. We want players to love their teams as desperately as we love them. Joe embodies that… along with humor and passion for the sport. Thanks gang. What a magical night.

  6. One thing I am noticing with Askarov which maybe isn't a surprise with Nabby being in the organization and working with him some (as this was one big strength of Nabby's) he is staying a lot more controlled and not selling out on plays. He will be aggressive in a challenge but he isn't diving or falling all over the place.

  7. I remember when I had a long bushy beard which was looking great, it caught Jumbo's attention through the glass when I was watching the Sharks warm up. He looked at me and smiled, and he was letting me know through a subtle gesture he was impressed with it, lol. He loves the people he works with and the fans. He's the kind of guy that makes the janitor feel just as important as anyone else in the building.
