Yes please, Binnington comes and Skinner goes! I don’t even know what to say anymore. Skinner just hasn’t shown up when it matters most. Every key game turns into the same story…soft goals, no confidence, no rebound control. It’s painful to watch…Pickard is way better than Skinner
Look at the game tonight , the arena was silent!! Swiss cheese skinner got lit up 4-0 ffs!! Pickard didn’t fare all too well either, this team isn’t making the playoffs.
The problem is, players like Nuge and Mangiapane have no move/trade clauses. Unless they are willing to waive, we may not see Binnington until next season when the cap goes up. I suppose Mangiapane's no trade clause could be circumvented by placing him on waivers but I think Ingram is going to get a look before any big trade is put together. The latest reports are saying he is improving in Bakersfield so maybe he might get a callup sooner than later.

Why would we trade for a goalie past his prime and already won a cup? Skinner is only 25 and just getting started what we need is patient and more concentrations in clinching games when we do get there as we have for the past two seasons. There's really nothing wrong with our goalies it's not like we've been missing playoffs with them, that's two finals in a row.
Alright in all seriousness, please DO NOT GIVE UP JONSSON! He is your goaltender for the future. You need to keep him so that way he can eventually come up as your mainstay Veznia caliber goaltender. Binnington is a short term solution for while McDavid is here. Jonsson is your long term future Veznia caliber goaltender.
I am beginning to believe some of the rumors about the team with regards to McDavid. Many believe he has a death grip on certain players he sees as friends and management knows if they try to bench them or trade them he will have none of it
