The problem is our goalie coaches. How many goalies are we going to go through before we realize the actual problem?
Bowman needs to be ruthless. If there’s an improvement in goal, or any position, you do it. And I don’t think a short run of 5 or 6 games will change people’s mind about where we need to upgrade.
Just remember folks Oilers got to two Stanley Cup finals, with massively underpaid goalies and only 2-4 guys on bigger contracts, by bigger beside Drai and McD, none of the contracts come close to Pedersen, Nylander or Kaprisov, several others there, and Ottenger at least $8.5 Million 8 year, and only one Stanley cup lost to date, like European soccer the answer usually lies in developing local talents more rather than constantly looking at other team's overpaid star players or goalies who's attitude or work ethics may not much your team, no guarantee will get into another Stanley cup by trading either of our goalies who were magnificent two nights ago at Florida.
