  1. I always feel SO much better after watching you guys break down the game and add some levity. There was ALWAYS gonna be a losing streak, it was probably always gonna be a combination of our young, young team losing their offensive ways and Monty struggling. Much better tonight, we'll get it back, we are 1 year removed from last place overall while getting younger. A road win and we're rolling again, watch ! Go Habs Go !!!

  2. You get into sink holes with this much parity in the league. The Habs need a solid defensive D man more than a 2 C now. They're spending way too long in their own zone.

  3. JUST. SHOOT. THE. PUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEEEEEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. On every PP (lately), there is no one screening the goaltender and there are 2 players behind the redline (you cannot score from there) and only 3 players out front with 4 opponents to cover the three Habs out front. Put Slaf's huge frame in front of a goalie to try to look around and things will change. If their goalie can see every shot, he has a good chance to stop every shot. J. Davidson looked very good out there! Keep the faith and Go Habs Go!

  5. I think for the $$$ Dobson makes could have been spent on a way more impactful player. He's way way overpaid and way overhyped.

  6. Of course our lines are going to change a bit after the injuries to Laine and Newhook, but they did not skate on Friday (except a couple people) to work on anything new. Regarding the power play, you have Hutson and Demidov on the first wave and they are not players that shoot enough yet. Dobson will shoot, especially if you tell him to shoot. In the lang term, we need Hutson and Demidov to shoot with someone like Slaf ready to pick up any rebound scraps. 🙂

  7. It feels like we're currently watching last year's team as opposed to earlier in the season it was a better team.
You can't win a game if you're 0/7 and 2x 5 on 3. Wth has happened, offense is so quiet. I was watching and just yelling shoot the goddarnp uck, but no they try to hard to find the ideal play I think. Like they lost confidence.

  8. All these losses are great learning experiences. You have to lose before you can learn how to win. They are still a couple years away boys and girls, don't forget that.

  9. Bruins would not allow anybody in front of the net whereas we pay no attention to anybody in ftont of the net , we don't even look at them. Our defense is purely focused on flollowing the puck not even looking if there's someone right behind them in front of the net it drives me crazy!!!!

  10. i'll tell you what needs to be said – Gally is past it now, can't be effective like he used to be or wants to be. also, START SHOOTING THE PUCK… too many players are not taking the responsibility of actually fucking shooting – you don't score 100% of the shots you don't take

  11. Was I the only one yelling at my TV. SHOOT THE PUCK? GET SOMEONE IN FRONT OF THE NET.

At one point in the 5 on 3 power play they had two guys BEHIND THE NET who came up with that? Something they repeated several times with the man advantage 😮😮😮

FFS they are better than this.

  12. Marty has done the impossible. He’s made a pp, with some of the most creative players in the league, predictable.

  13. I have never seen anybody get as much credit for doing nothing as Slafkovsky. ‘He didn’t crap his pants tonight, he’s Amazing!’

  14. In the first 5 on 3, I saw 5 shots that completely missed the net altogether….no chance for a rebound, no chance for a deflection. Also, their cycling of the puck on the PP is so predictable that the defenders are already in place before the pass is even complete. Add to that the fact that NOBODY is in front of the net on either 5 on 3 and you begin to see the problem, The other factor that drives all of these others problems…no quarterback, just 5 guys skating around and hoping.

  15. Boston is not the better teams Montréal have more talented players for offense and boston beat the Canadiens with basic plays !

  16. Time to trade Arber, Let’s be honest, he’s not playing well and the dude can’t even win a fight anymore

  17. Montreal need reinforcement the CH can not replace Kaiden Guhle nobody can do is job the solution is MacKenzie Weegar for the power play go to YouTube and watch the highlight of Weegar for the season 2024- 2025

  18. Yes the powerplay, too much on the outside plays, we must have a big guy in front of the goaltender and add plays inside rush the to goal, like Gally does!!!
