Does this guy even watch the ducks? Mctavish is only on the 2nd line. He's never been demoted to 3rd line and is driving plays for the kid line. A little worried about his point production though

Jimmy, this guy Ducksgamedaybreakdown is notorious for spreading disinformation about the ducks to get attention. He claimed to have seen a jersey leak that was fake. He claimed that Zegras was faking an injury when he broke his ankle during a game. He is hated by ducks fans.

Insane take to talk about the impact of coach Q and then turn around and ask where was this Zegras the last 2 years. Are you sure you’re putting 2 and 2 together and why a casual hockey fan would know you’re selling low? This is the nicest way to put it.
The Ducks have Trouba and Gudas coming off the books after this year ($12m total). Next year it’s Kreider, Killorn and Strome ($17.75m total). Obviously Carlsson, Gauthier, Mintyukov, Zellweger as RFAs need raises but they will have $38m to sign em all. Gotta think that Kreider and Trouba might get offers to extend, Gudas and Killorn, not so much.
The last time the Ducks won 11 of their first 15 games was in 2006-2007 season… we all know what happened that season! 🏆 🦆🏒🥅

In regards to everyone sleeping on Carlsson you guys are forgetting everyone was simping on Zegras. IMO Carlsson such a better player.

Oh, and edited to say. Q said he wants every player being able to play against anyone. I feel like all our lines are absolutely able to do this. OFC those being sent out for the penalty kill get more glory. Same as with all sports that forwards the sun shines out their rear for those announcing games, and ignore the defensive lines contributions. That doesn't mean our defense isn't working hard. Frankly, when they are doing their job best they unfortunately have little to be said about them. If they mess up a lot you'll know their names… We're deep with talent, and now anyone new being added it should be done with a tone of trepidation.
I honestly feel like it’s the experience of past years and probably a really fruitful off season that has made this team so good. I feel like I’ve seen these guys play over the last few years as rookies and now they are kinda evolving. I also think their ability to score combined with their speed makes them a threat to any team with older players. Also teamed up with dostal, an iron fortress of a goalie and (I believe a new) coach. This team is the best they’ve been in years. As long as no one gets hurt or traded, I wouldn’t be surprised if ducks won the cup in 2026/2027/2028. But I feel like they will at least get in the playoffs this year hopefully, maybe make it a round or two in but I don’t think they will win it. This year it’s probably gonna be golden knights, avalanche, stars or hurricanes that win it. But GO DUCKS!!!
