Seems like a smart deal. Tuomaala was given enough chances but could not elevate his game to stick in the NHL. Kyrou looks like the RHS defensman that could help the PP. I like this trade.

I think the flyers are thinking there isn’t much room for forwards on this team .between what is already in the nhl and what is in the pipeline
We did not have a defenseman like Kyrou in the pipeline.. This could be a homerun by Briere
What's not to like. Samu was not going to play in Philly besides spot call-ups b/c of injuries. Kyrou is a no-lose acquisition. Win-Win for both sides.
