Toronto Maple Leafs vs Seattle Kraken Game 6 Preview: Lineups, Goaltenders, and Best Bets | TLN

Game 6 of the 2025–26 NHL season is here as the Toronto Maple Leafs (3-2-0) host the Seattle Kraken (2-0-2) at Scotiabank Arena. Zack Phillips sets the stage as Lane Lambert returns to Toronto for the first time as Seattle’s head coach — a storyline that might not carry revenge energy, but certainly carries motivation as the Kraken look to stay unbeaten in regulation.

Zack breaks down all the latest lineup notes and storylines heading into puck drop. Easton Cowan remains on the top line with Auston Matthews and Matthew Knies, continuing to earn Craig Berube’s trust early in his rookie season. The Nylander–Tavares–Maccelli trio stays intact after finding rhythm last game, while Bobby McMann continues to shine as one of Toronto’s most consistent early-season performers. Zack also weighs in on Nic Robertson’s trade speculation, the fourth-line shake-up featuring Stephen Lorentz, and what to expect from Anthony Stolarz between the pipes against Joey Daccord.

Plus, tonight’s Bet365 Best Bet is back as Zack targets value on Easton Cowan to record a point (+132) — explaining why his top-line minutes and new power-play role make it one of the smartest plays on the board.

Don’t miss tonight’s coverage and make sure to tune in after the final buzzer for TLN After Dark for full post-game reaction and analysis.

  1. thanks Zack. I do watch all the Leafs Nation Pods. Great crew. Might be the first time I made a comment. I appreciate all you guys do. Enjoyable entertainment. Love the regulars in the chats too. They can really get going.

  2. Robertson will be scratched as long as this team is fully healthy, rather keep him as insurance as long as he isn’t playing absolutely terrible. Would like to see more feistiness and physicality from Domi and Joshua

  3. I’ll bet my left nut this team doesn’t go past the second round.

Any takers – let me know.
