  1. McAvoys shoulders are trash. He isn’t capable of playing a Physical game last night guys were blowing around him even guys who he could’ve put into the Boards. He didn’t probably because he’s in pain. He also can’t take slap shots anymore if he ever could putting him on the power play is ridiculous as we’ve seen for the last year new coaches, but the same old nonsense with the power play putting pasta on the point is also absolutely ridiculous. We need a new attitude, not the same old garbage. Yes we should’ve lost last night or we would’ve lost 8 to 2 last year but really it still hurts to watchmistake after a mistake. The new PowerPlay coach needs to sit down and watch film on last year’s so-called power play to realize he’s doing almost the same thing with the same characters.

  2. They could move Marat up in the lineup. He has more noticeable skill than most, it not all, other options.

  3. Lohrei is 24 years old, a 2nd round draft pick. Mason is still developing and is a year or even two away from becoming the player he will be for the duration of his career. I like his skills and want to see the Bruins see it through with his development.

  4. I do not like the McAvoy/Lohrei pairing. You can't have 2 players who like to be in the offensive zone as much as the defensive playing together. As to Lohrei, his strength is clearly the offensive part of his game but the problem is he s never going to be a sought defensive player; offensive players don't worry about playing against him because he is not physical and he is not that strong so he doesn't win puck battles against talented strong players.

  5. 25:56 Boston has to give Lysell an extended, 20-30 regular games look, at some point this season. If they want to try Blumel, also, that’s fine, too.

The Bruins have one-too-many grinders in the lineup currently. They don’t need Kastelic, Kuraly, Eyssimont, and Jeannot all in the lineup simultaneously. Three of those four is enough.

  6. do pasta a favor trade him while his value is high………..good for him and good for bruins future…..he will elicit a high trade return…………bruins goin g nowhere this yea so why not more or less tank and get futres for pasta
